NHS 24 has been re-accredited with a CCA Global Accreditation for Customer Experience, recognising its commitment to exceptional service and care.

CCA Global Accreditation is a comprehensive programme designed to elevate organisational standards in customer service and is a mark of excellence. The accreditation celebrates NHS 24’s proactive approach to innovative strategies which aim to revolutionise patient journeys and enhance service delivery.

Dr Jacqui Hepburn, NHS 24’s Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Workforce, praised staff for their efforts, saying,
