We understand that you may feel frustrated or upset, and want to tell us. We have a duty of care to staff, as well as our patients. We do not tolerate abusive or offensive language. This is in line with Scotland’s Zero Tolerance Policy.

Responding to feedback

We can only manage and respond to feedback about NHS 24 services.

When we receive your feedback about our services, we’ll contact you as quickly as we can, typically within 3 working days.
